By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Please make sure to order the correct size.
Please note that all returns are for the same item, exchange only.
If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 7 business days from shipment arrival in exchange for a different size. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Custom Items and Sale/Discounted Items are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT able to be returned. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or alterations on discounted items.
We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.
We offer alterations to customers that notify us within 7 business days from shipment arrival.
Important: We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If you are not sure about your size use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist, and hips. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart we highly recommend custom sizing.

Processing time can be anywhere from 2-5 weeks depending on the amount of current orders. Any order 2 weeks or under will be considered a RUSH order and will incur a $100 rush fee per garment.
Important: Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that start as soon as an order is placed. Most of our products are made to order. Make sure to place your order with a time allowance.
After an initial consultation or correspondence in which you communicate to me what you are envisioning, I will draw up one or more sketches of possible designs to choose from. These sketches may be synthesized or modified until the final design is agreed upon. Please understand that out of respect for my time I may not be able to do multiple consultations or sketches until you have committed to having the dress made and paid the deposit. Please also note that we will NOT duplicate other designers’ work, but we can use it as inspiration.
A 50% deposit is due upfront before I begin making your dress. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance of the dress and sales tax or shipping if applicable is due on the indicated date (normally 2 weeks before completion date). The dress will not be given to the client until full payment has been made.
(Due to Covid-19, you may request a non-fitting order. Please note that you will be responsible for any ill-fit due to incorrect measurements)
All fittings and alterations are included in the cost of the dress.
Each client that is within the area of our office MUST be able to make it to ATLEAST one fitting, NO EXCEPTIONS! You will be informed on when to schedule your fitting. KDaniels Designs is very hands on with our clients, and we want to service you in person to be sure that fit issues are corrected and made satisfactory. We will keep working with you until the fit is perfect. If you are a long-distance client, you MUST get your measurements done professionally. We are not responsible for an ill-fitting garment due to the wrong measurements. The client will be responsible for travel and hotel expenses if requiring KDaniels to travel for fittings. We will work with you until your dress fits perfectly and you are fully satisfied with it. If for any reason, such as convenience, you choose to go elsewhere for alterations or adjustments, you are responsible for paying for them.
Designing and making a garment is a collaborative process that sometimes may require minor changes along the way. We can all expect this. Please let us know of any changes as early as possible (within a few days after your consultation) so that we can try to accommodate (especially if it is a change that requires a material change). Please note, that many minor changes can be made at no extra cost, but some changes may require an added cost to your price. Major changes which require additional material and/or additional labor will result in a change of your cost and potential time delays. All changes must be made in writing.
